– MEAT MINCER / SAUSAGE GRINDER: Make your own mince, sausages, meatballs, patties or mince pies at home with this heavy duty stainless steel meat mincer / grinder that also turns into a sausage filler.
– APPROVED BY BUTCHERS: We searched the globe for a tough and durable food mincer that is suitable for whole animal processing and home sausage makers, then we got some local butchers to put it through it’s paces, just to be sure it was up to scratch.
– TOUGH STAINLESS STEEL BODY: When it comes to food equipment, food grade stainless steel is the ultimate material. It is tough, durable, non-porous (so more hygienic), easy to clean and corrosion resistant.
– 1500W MOTOR for faster grinding.
– SPEED: Capacity to grind 320kg per hour. Note this machine only has one speed, which may be quite fast for the novice sausage maker when filling your sausages. For beginners, we recommend a manual sausage filler.
– GRINDING PLATES: Comes with a 4mm (finely ground mince), 6mm and 8mm (coarsely ground mince) grinder plate, suitable for most mince and sausages. Chute also means less cubing & dicing.
– ACCESSORIES:
