The Rural Butcher provides home butcher supplies for farmers and hunters who want to process meat from home. Our company is the concept of the Farmquip NZ team, who have serviced the farming and hunting markets with animal handling products for over 20 years. With our in-depth knowledge of these markets, we understand what home butchery supplies our customers need to process carcasses and make meat products like a pro.
Most of our customers are farmers or hunter gatherers. In recent times, they have shown a steady demand for more home butchery supplies but can’t get what they want to do the job. That’s how The Rural Butcher came about. The products we have chosen have all been tested on the farm or in the field by customers or our own hunter gatherer staff.
